1. What does Template Freak offer?
We offer the greatest range of easy to use templates on the web. Our products are web site templates, forum skins, flash introduction templates, logo type templates, mascots, icons and fonts.
2. What is a Template Freak's website template?
A Website Template from TemplateFreak.com is a pre-made web page which consists of an intricate design and easily adaptable content areas. All of our Website Templates are built up ready to go so you will be able to get your site running in a very short time. When you purchase our Website Templates you will get the all the photoshop files, html files and fonts used. If you purchase our website templates with flash animated headers will also get the flash files.
3. What is a Template Freak's flash intro ?
A Flash Introduction is an animated sequence that introduces a person to the website and tells them who the company is and what they do. It is generally used for splash pages. A Flash Introduction use's a Macromedia Flash Player plug in. Flash is now standard with all windows packages and most good browsers on the Internet are flash compatible. With our Flash Introduction Templates you will receive the final .swf files, the editable .fla files and fonts used. The .fla files can be edited and modified using Macromedia Flash version 4+.
4. What is a Template Freak's logotype template?
A Logotype Template is basically a vector image / logo for yourself, your business or whatever you have in mind for it. We have a great range of Logotype Templates so you can pick out templates that are very general and can be used for just about any thing or something more specific which may only fit a certain industry or organization. (For example construction company or sports logos are very specific and probably won't fit with any other content). You will receive editable photoshop files, illustrator files, fonts used (if any) and some jpg images with the logo ready to be used.
5. What is a Template Freak's Vb skin template?
A VBulletin Skin is a pre-made skin (look) for your vbulletin message board. All skins come with photoshop, images and html files only, which means that you will be able to use it on your message board as soon all the php (mysql) is put in its place and all customizations have been made.
6. There are two prices listed under the template thumbnail, one is labeled unique and the other one is just price. What does this mean, and where should I be looking?
As you have probably noted the unique price is larger then the actual price of a template, vb skin or whatever you are looking at. This is due to the fact that any template bought as a unique
(at unique price) comes with exclusive rights and will be taken off the listings on TemplateFreak.com . This option is very useful if you do not want any other person/company to purchase this particular template, logo or vb skin.
7. What is the bargain option for?
Under the bargain category listed all the templates/vb skins/logos that are actually worth more then what we are selling them for, hence the word bargain.
8. I found what I was looking for and now I am looking to buy a certain template. What should I do?
The first step to buying a template from us will be to sign up for a free members account. The next step would be to enter your paypal or credit card info at the checkout page and you are pretty much done. A link to downloadable .zip file format will appear in your client area containing psd's html files and fonts, as well as stock photos you might find use of.
9. What is PayPal?

10. I have purchased a template from TemplateFreak.com and started downloading .zip file located in my client directory, but my connection dropped while I was downloading. What do I do now?
Do not worry; the link to a downloadable .zip from a template you have purchased will not disappear from your client area. In fact you can download it multiple times if you have to.
11. I have purchased a template from TemplateFreak.com, it looks great and everything, but I need some changes to be made to it and I either do not know how or just don't have the time to do it myself. What can I do?
You can submit a customization form (link to it can be found at the bottom of almost every page and the top navigation bar) with a template number and the customizations required and you will get a quote back shortly in your email. Our representative will contact you if needed.
12. I want to sign up as an affiliate as well, but what is in it for me?
It's a great way of earning some money, because you will get 20% of every single purchase made from your own web space.
13. How does affiliate program work?
Once you sign up as an affiliate and provide us with your correct information (such as email name and address…) a program will generate a code (html) with your desired background, fonts, etc. All you have to do then is to plug in the code into your own web page and start selling the templates.
14. I believe I have the skill and experience to work for TemplateFreak.com and start making money by producing templates, logos or flash intros. What should I do, who should I talk to?

15. Why does my vbulletin skin not work?
